Rosé the Robot Delivers Wine at the Hotel Trio in Sonoma

If you are a wine lover near Healdsburg, California who is looking for a unique hotel experience you may want to check out the Hotel Trio. To keep guests and employees safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, they are using an autonomous robot that specializes in delivering the region’s best wine.

Meet Rosé the Robot. The hotel, located in Sonoma Wine Country, is using the robot to offer visitors a unique contact-less experience. Guest simply pick out what wine they want and Rosé will bring it quickly to their room

Wine Delivering Robot Autonomously Makes Deliveries

The wine delivering robot is programmed with a map of the hotel, and can communicate with the elevator and phone systems, allowing for a seamless delivery of items. Along with bringing the region’s best wine straight to the guests room, Rosé can also deliver things like towels, sheets, snacks and even pet treats. 

“A stalwart of our hotel since we opened in 2018, Rosé overnight went from novelty to necessity. She’s more important now than ever before, offering guests the option to receive deliveries with the least amount of exposure. Rosé is thoroughly sanitized after each delivery,” said the hotel’s website.

The breathtaking Hotel Trio falls under the Residence Inn by Marriott umbrella and is right near the Russian River, Dry Creek and Alexander Valley regions of Sonoma County.
